By placing an order with Kith & Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.
Delivery & Setup for Weddings and Events
We offer hand delivery and setup for weddings and private events. We’ll work closely with you to agree on setup timings to ensure everything is freshly prepared and beautifully presented just before your guests arrive.
Locations over 10 miles from HR2 9JH will incur a travel fee of 45p per mile (round trip).
If our tablescape props or equipment are hired and need to be collected post-event, a collection fee will apply in addition to mileage.
Table Timings:
We’ll agree in advance the best arrival time to match your event schedule. If we experience delays due to last-minute changes not communicated to us, a waiting fee of £25/hour may be charged.
Extreme Heat:
In hot conditions, tables must be set up in shaded or cool indoor areas to maintain food safety. If the event is delayed and this impacts the grazing table quality, Kith & Co cannot be held responsible.
Orders & Cancellations
Perishable Goods:
Due to the nature of our fresh, handmade products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives incorrect or with any defects, you must contact us within 10 hours of delivery, with clear photographs, and we will arrange a suitable solution.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for standard orders once confirmed.
For weddings or large events booked via invoice:
Cancellations made within 3 months of the event date are non-refundable.
Cancellations before that point will receive a 50% refund.
If an event is rescheduled due to Covid-19, we will accommodate a one-time date move. Any further changes will be treated as a cancellation.
Date Reservations:
We are unable to hold dates without a deposit. All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Delivery Terms
We offer hand delivery across Herefordshire and surrounding areas. Nationwide courier delivery is not currently available due to the fragile nature of our food.
Delivery Times:
Standard delivery is between 7am–4pm. While we aim to deliver as close to your preferred time as possible, exact time slots are not guaranteed unless agreed in advance.
Someone Must Be Available:
Please ensure someone is present to receive your order. If no one is available and we’re unable to complete the delivery, re-delivery will be charged at full price.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your delivery details. Kith & Co is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses, and re-delivery will be fully chargeable.
Product Notes & Food Safety
Fresh Produce & Seasonality:
We use seasonal, high-quality ingredients. As such, product contents may vary slightly from what is shown online or in our portfolio.
Consumption Window:
All food should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed within 2 days. Items must not be left unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours. Kith & Co is not responsible for any food consumed outside of this safety window.
Allergies & Dietary Preferences:
Due to the nature of our preparation, we cannot guarantee allergen-free food and do not cater for life-threatening allergies.
We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences such as vegetarian or vegan where possible — please enquire before booking.
Plates, Cutlery & Napkins:
These are not included by default but can be added as an optional extra.
Social Media Use
We love sharing our creations! We may photograph your order for use on Kith & Co’s website and social media platforms. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in advance.
